Been to several places before I got to know this place. Love the people and customer svc here. Also great job done by these ladies. Only had 2 sessions but can alrdy see significant results. Was skeptical at first due to a poor experience with the one I had at Bedok Mall. But I’ve totally no regrets booking my packages with em!!! Well done ladies and keep up the great service! I've only been here twice, and you can see the effects of the treatment like just one to two times. This is unlike some other places where the effects of the treatment varied (and super slow) and expensive. Not to mention every single session you go they will hard sell or show you attitude if you don't buy. I'm so amazed by Smuvve and the therapists are super nice. No hard selling and you make your own decision. Not to mention the packages are so affordable with instalment plans. sooooo recommend this place!

Its my 4th month (I think) with them for SHR underarm hair removal. I was skeptical at first because the pricing was very affordable considering that it is a lifetime package. However, when I went there, there was NO upselling at all. The staffs were very friendly and would try to talk to you just to make you feel comfortable being there. There's no chats to upsell or anything. Also, I was easily able to make monthly appointments for the past few months and I'm still very happy with their service by far. They never asked for a review but I figured they deserved more recognition for their services. I would totally go for other body parts hair removal in time to come. Highly recommend especially if you're new to this cause the staff explains well and gives you full attention when servicing you.

The staffs at Smuvve are friendly, my experiences here so far are great! I had tried SHR elsewhere but there’s hard selling and no significant result. Here at smuvve aesthetics, you do not have to worry about hard selling at all. The whole process is very comfortable. My therapist Joanne is very amazing and attentive, she will check with me throughout the procedure if the temperature is ok for me. She will chat with me as well so the whole process is relaxing. ❤️Have already recommend my friend to sign up with smuvve once her package at another salon is up.

Signed up with smuvve in preparation for my wedding some time back. Went for a trial session before deciding to sign a lifetime package. Before the trial, Jozy was really patient in explaining the procedure and what results to expect as i was completely new to this. There was no hard selling throughout as well, which made the session really comfortable. During the session, Jozy took extra effort to make sure i was feeling okay. With the lifetime session signed, booking of appointment every month is always a breeze. The duraglow was really effective, results were visible after only 3-4 sessions. For first timers who might be alittle skeptical, can opt for their trial sessions before deciding to commit! I've since introduced many friends to sign up with them, all happy customers! This is a place that provide top notch service and a really affordable price. Definitely won't regret!
